History of our Office
In 1929 the City of Saskatoon built a new electrical substation to provide power distribution for the Nutana area and the electric streetcars that ran from Broadway to Downtown for over 40 years. The streetcars were removed in the 1970s and by the 1990s the building was in a state of disrepair. The building was acquired in 2000 by Kindrachuk Agrey Architecture and was converted into the stunning office it is today. The building is designated as a Municipal Heritage Property by the City of Saskatoon.
